Getting a brand new roof with all the bells and whistles doesn't have to break the bank. At AW we do the complete job, here's what you can expect if you purchase a new roof from us:

Have our professional and trusted scaffolding team erect a scaffold around all necessary sides of your property.

Providing the weather isn't forecast rain we can start to strip off the old roof. First we remove all of the tiles with caution, followed by your old lath battens and old felt (if your roof has any).

Once the roof has been completely stripped and prepped we can now take any necessary measurements for needed changes such as the number of courses on your roof.

Now we have assessed all requirements we can start to piece back your roof with new cutting edge materials. We us an ultra strong breathable felt membrane and fire treated lath as standard. We can also fit bird trays if you have had any issues in the past.

The roof will now be tiled in with either your old tiles or new tiles depending on your preference and the state of the old tiles. we have a catalogue if your unsure on what style you're after.

Once tiled we move onto the hips/ridges/verges. You have the option between traditional wet cement finishes or a more modern-no maintenance dry system available in a variety of colours.

The final steps tend to be all lead work, chimney work (if needed) and a thorough check over to ensure the entire job is completely water tight.

At the end of every day we make sure any mess is cleared and all nails/screws are picked up. On the final day we do a huge clean from the guttering to the window sills and everything in between. We aim to make yours and your neighbours property cleaner than when we first arrived.

Once all work is completed and all parties are 100% satisfied your allotted guarantee will begin. Enjoy your beautiful new roof.
